  • Support Landowners: Build strong relationships with landowners and provide guidance on implementing environmental stewardship actions that protect water quality and natural assets.
  • Deliver Programs: Plan and manage a variety of stewardship projects, including low impact development (LID), septic and well upgrades, agricultural best management practices, and waterfront naturalization.
  • Coordinate Funding Support: Administer landowner cost-share programs, prepare grant applications, and manage project-specific budgets.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with contractors, municipal staff, and community partners to advance shared environmental goals.
  • Lead in the Field: Conduct site visits, support fieldwork and restoration projects
  • Promote Safety and Compliance: Uphold strong health and safety practices and ensure work aligns with organizational policies and procedures.
