We have two lists. If you subscribed before March 2014, you're probably subscribed to the Yahoogroups system, which sends out each posting as a separate message. If you subscribed in March 2014 or later, you're probably on the new system which sends "Job Alerts" as a convenient daily or weekly digest.
To unsubscribe, please e-mail to the unsubscribe address for the list/region you subscribed to. This address is at the bottom of every message we send. For example, for the GoodWork Vancouver list, email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. For the Canada-wide list, e-mail to email@example.com. Note: You will receive a confirmation message from Yahoogroups. You must reply to that message, to confirm that you wish to unsubscribe.
(2) New System (Job Alert/Digest/Custom Search)
If you're receiving a "digest" or "custom alert" through our new system, the unsubscribe link is also at the bottom of each message we send. Or use the unsubscribe page to delete any or all alerts you've created. Note: The system will send you a confirmation message. You must reply to that message, to confirm that you wish to unsubscribe.

Tip: Usually, when people have trouble unsubscribing it's because they've changed their e-mail address, and their old address is forwarding to their new one. We need to know the original address you subscribed, so we can unsubscribe it. When you contact us, please think back to when you first subscribed, and mention any addresses that you might have used at that time.
