Compensation: $20.74 per hour, monthly cellphone allowance and ability to influence a flexible schedule.

Restoration Field Technician
Complexity and Scope of the position
Under the direct supervision of the Restoration Field Technician Supervisor, management from the Operations Manager, and the mentorship from the Program Director, the Restoration Field Technician will work together as a team to accomplish the goals and activities of the FVWC Watershed Programs.

The FVWC strives to engage all staff to feel confident, grow their knowledge and skills in a safe and supported manner. We provide staff team meetings as check-in points, offer team-building days and mentorship opportunities- that are co-guided by interests and capacity. Restoration Field Technicians will be supported throughout their employment with FVWC from onboarding to continual supervision and mentorship and offboarding.
