Role: Organic Farm Volunteers
Veggie farm: The Cutting Veg
Location: Sutton/Georgina, Lake Simcoe, Ontario (near Toronto)
Interested in volunteering on an organic veggie farm 1 hour from Toronto? Located in Sutton, ON, we welcome volunteers most Friday mornings, and some Sunday mornings, from April to mid-October.
The farm day runs from 8am-1pm (flexible). Volunteer activities include a combination of planting, weeding, harvesting, preparing veg for market, plant care, etc. Helping out on the farm is a great opportunity to learn practical growing skills, and to meet wonderful like-minded folks. No committment required.
