Position: Project Manager – ACORP – Offshore Wind

Position Overview

Net Zero Atlantic (NZA) is helping lay the groundwork for Atlantic Canada's offshore wind future—one of the region's most significant clean energy opportunities.
As Project Manager – Offshore Wind, you will lead projects that support informed decision-making and responsible offshore wind development in a rapidly evolving sector. Working across governments, industry, Indigenous partners, researchers, and communities, you will advance research, strengthen collaboration, and support meaningful engagement that helps inform Atlantic Canada's approach to offshore wind development.
If you are an experienced project manager who thrives in evolving environments and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into action, this role is for you. We need someone who can quickly take ownership, navigate complexity, and help move critical projects forward. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with leaders from across the sector while contributing to the research, partnerships, and initiatives shaping Atlantic Canada's offshore wind future at a pivotal moment for the sector.

Net Zero Atlantic is an independent, non-profit, energy-research organization dedicated to advancing Atlantic Canada’s transition to a net-zero energy future. We are a hybrid organization, headquartered in Halifax with staff in five locations across Canada. We lead applied research that turns complex questions into practical insight, working collaboratively with universities, governments, industry, Indigenous partners, and community organizations. About the Opportunity
This is a fixed-term, full-time, 14-month hybrid position based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The role covers a parental leave, with the possibility of extension.
