Hiring: FOH Server
Restaurant: Veggie D'Light
Location: Kensington Market, Toronto, Ontario

We are a Vegan Caribbean take-out restaurant & catering company located at 160 Baldwin in Kensington Market.

Chef Peter’s vegan menu embraces authentic Caribbean flavour and nutritional plant-based fortification for the body… keeping each dish fun, exciting & delicious for all palettes. We have a 4.9 rating on Google, and are looking for skilled & positive energy people to join our team.

We are looking for a part-time FOH server to work the counter on weekends, 1-3 days per week.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year food/hospitality service industry
• Phone and client facing work experience
• Excels in clear & calm communication in English

• Organizational brilliance on the go
• Wellness mindset, plant-based conscious
• Basic knowledge of Caribbean history, culture & food an asset
• Food Handler's required (easy to get)
• Commitment to high level of down-to-earth service

Hours:

• Weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Work hours between 10am and 7pm
• Half days are a thing
• 1-2 days per weekend commitment
• + catering events
• Starting people NOW

Pay:

• $17-20 per hour
• Depending on skillset
