One of our flagship programs, The Bike Valet, provides free, secure bicycle parking at events and public spaces, supporting cycling as a safe, accessible, and convenient transportation option.
Position Overview:
The Bike Valet Supervisor is responsible for leading on-site operations, ensuring smooth execution of Bike Valet services, and supporting attendants during events.
You will act as the point of contact on-site, manage team flow, oversee setup and takedown, and ensure a high standard of service for both clients and patrons.
[img3]This role bridges the gap between attendants and management, supporting day-to-day execution while maintaining operational standards.
You will be expected to demonstrate strong reliability, punctuality, and confidence in fast-paced, outdoor event environments with continuous public interaction.
