Position: Guest Reservations and Support Coordinator

Maple Leaf Adventures, located in Victoria BC, is hiring a Guest Reservations and Support Coordinator to facilitate guest bookings, pre-trip forms and support. This is a full-time, temporary position covering maternity leave, expected to run from April 2026 to April 2027.

Who You Are
You are a warm and thoughtful person with good interpersonal skills and appreciation of good customer service. Your oral and written communication skills are excellent, as is your ability to understand what people want. Detail oriented, you love accuracy and pride yourself on being thorough and analytical in your work. You drive to task completion, with strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities at once. Ideally, you have an understanding and passion for the BC coast and a commitment to green values.

What You’ll Be Doing
The Guest Reservations and Support Coordinator is responsible for facilitating guest bookings, coordinating the completion of all pre-trip forms, pre- and post-trip communications, and related organizational systems.

Compensation
The wage for this position is $26 per hour.
This position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses in strong-performing years.

Three weeks of paid vacation per year, accrued and available for use throughout the contract period.

Other details
This is a full-time job Monday to Friday, based in our downtown Victoria office.
There may be the occasional sales event in the year where you will be asked if you can work outside normal hours (with normal hours adjusted to compensate).
