Field Training Manager

For someone who has built training programs before, develops people instinctively, and wants to stay close to the work while growing into something bigger.

About Dhyana Cleaning

We’re not a cleaning company that happens to develop people. We’re a leadership development company that uses cleaning as the training ground. Our mission — Revealing Beauty, Revealing Potential — is to make a dent in the epidemic of loneliness, one home and one team member at a time. We do that by training our team to lead with the soul of service: showing up with pride, building real connection with the people whose homes we care for, and growing into leaders along the way. Every person who joins us is on a structured path through our Rise + Shine program. Just is a dirty word here. We are not just cleaners. Love is the ultimate multi-purpose cleaner.

About the role

Our Rise + Shine program exists and it’s good — but it needs someone to help us run it well, sharpen it where it’s heavy, and coach the Mentors who deliver it so they can grow the next wave of leaders behind them. One of our values is I Am Courageously Curious — engaging hard conversations, questioning assumptions, pushing past perceived limits. This role is built for someone who already lives that value, not someone who has to learn it.

This is a hybrid role. You’ll be in homes cleaning alongside the team some of the time, and building and running our training programs the rest of the time. The ratio shifts as you earn scope and as the company grows — but the fieldwork stays part of the job. You can’t sharpen training you aren’t touching.

Who you are

Two things matter more than anything on your resume.

You love developing people. At every job you’ve had, you’re the one newer team members came to when they were stuck. You can describe the ones you’ve helped grow by name — what they were struggling with, what you did, what changed for them. This is the part of the job you’d do even if it weren’t in your job description.

You’re someone who thrives in motion. When something doesn’t make sense, you ask the question instead of shutting down. When you’re handed something half-formed, you wrestle it into shape and bring back a draft — you don’t wait to be handed a clean brief. You’re optimistic. You assume good intent. You don’t take other people’s moods personally, and you make the call when you need to.

What we’re looking for in your background

  • You’ve sharpened a training or onboarding program somewhere else. Maybe you inherited something heavy and made it lighter without breaking what mattered. Maybe you took something half-built and finished it. Either way, you can tell us what you kept, what you cut, and what you’d do differently next time.
  • You’ve built the conditions that let trainers succeed. You know a trainer is only as good as what’s scaffolded around them — the materials, the routines, the feedback loops — and you build training that holds up even when you’re not in the room.
  • You’ve helped other trainers or coaches get better at their craft, formally or informally. Someone at your last job is better at teaching people because of you.
  • You come from a frontline service operation that took training seriously — hotel housekeeping, franchise cleaning, systems-driven restaurants like Chick-fil-A or Cava, military NCO experience, or something adjacent. Titles don’t matter to us. Track record does.

How the role grows

  • Months 1–3: Cleaning alongside our team. Shadowing training. Learning our onboarding and Rise + Shine programs inside out before changing a thing.
  • Months 4–9: Running All Hands, co-leading Training Week, formally coaching Mentors, and starting to sharpen our programs where they need it.
  • Months 9+: Full ownership of the people side of the company — hiring, onboarding, training, the Rise + Shine program, and coaching the next wave of Success Coaches. This is the role you’ve been ready for.

What’s in it for you

  • Starting base of $25/hour, growing to $28 as you take on more scope
  • Profit sharing kicks in once the team hits the quality, ramp, and Mentor-growth milestones
  • A primarily Monday–Friday schedule, with rare exceptions when the team needs you
  • A growing role in a growing company. We promote the people who help us build it.

How to apply

Send us a short note — doesn’t have to be polished — telling us about one person you’ve helped get better at their job. What were they struggling with, what did you do, and what changed for them. That’s the only thing we want to read first.
