Sustainable gardening and horticulture

Position: Lead Horticulturist / Gardener – $30/hour

Tsuga Gardens is a growing horticulture company seeking a personable, dependable Lead Horticulturist or Gardener to join our small, close-knit team. We pride ourselves on employee satisfaction, strong client relationships, and fair wages.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering excellent service
- Work independently on properties
- Oversee a gardener assistant (often riding along with you)
- Represent a professional, quality-focused company

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong horticultural knowledge and hands-on experience
- Friendly, confident communication with clients
- Ability to lead and work independently
- Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail

Applicant must have valid drivers licence in good standing. Experience driving a pick up truck is necessary for this position.
