Location: 55 Head St, Suite 101, Dundas, Ontario
Salary Range: $85,000 to $115,000 based on experience

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Bruce Trail Conservancy (BTC) is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Land Securement to lead, grow, and optimize its dynamic land acquisition and securement initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President of Land Securement, this role will collaborate with a high-performing team and a broad network of internal and external stakeholders—including landowners, volunteers, government bodies, and professional consultants—to protect and expand the Bruce Trail's conservation corridor.
As a senior leader within the organization, the Director will combine deep operational proficiency, strategic thinking, and real estate expertise to accelerate the pace of securement and ensure the long-term success of one of Ontario’s most iconic natural assets.
