Job Summary
The In-Community Program Specialist supports the planning, direction, implementation, and supervision of Tims Camps Community Programs which take place at schools and /or community group spaces in their designated region. The In-Community Program Specialist is responsible for ensuring participants have a positive, high quality program experience for long term impact. This role will ensure a focus on high quality program facilitation and delivery for maximum impact. The In-Community Program Specialist role applies their knowledge of youth development, outdoor and experiential education, program quality systems, and demonstrated excellence in coaching and facilitation to provide direction, coaching and support to their direct reports and the youth we serve.

Work Location
We have vacancies available across multiple locations in Canada. This role is remote and requires daily travel within the assigned geographic area. Travel outside of the primary region will also be required. In addition, occasional travel to the Home Office in St. George, Ontario may be required.

Employment type
The anticipated start date for this role is September 3, 2026. Both full‑time and part‑time positions are available. Compensation is provided at a daily rate between $230.00 and $269.00, less applicable legislated deductions.
Full‑time positions include an annual temporary layoff period, typically occurring between July and August. During this temporary layoff, the role is not active and no bi‑weekly salary is paid.
