Kitchen
Prep, cook, bake, and help deliver a high-quality culinary experience.

Hands-on work maintaining buildings, systems, and equipment. Problem-solvers welcome.

  • Room and board included; meals provided with a reduced staff cost ($475/month)
  • A supportive, tight-knit team environment
  • A chance to live in a unique, remote mountain setting
  • Skill development in communication, service, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Curiosity, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Comfort living and working in a close-knit, off-grid community

Experience helps, but it’s not required. We care more about your mindset, values and work ethic.

Work Culture

Life at Lake O’Hara Lodge is fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply community-driven. Staff participate in traditions like the Saturday Night Show, help create a welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to a shared sense of purpose. This is more than a job — it’s a lifestyle and a unique opportunity to be part of a long-standing mountain culture.
