Position: Senior Lead, Community Energy Planning & Projects

QUEST Canada is seeking a visionary and action-oriented Senior Lead, Community Energy Planning & Projects to support New Brunswick communities in reaching their net-zero goals. This role goes beyond project oversight—it’s about driving strategic growth, building strong partnerships, and placing community leadership at the heart of Canada’s sustainable energy future.
As Senior Lead, you will guide the development of Community Energy and Emissions Plans across New Brunswick. You will ensure efficient project delivery, integrate Indigenous and non-Indigenous perspectives, address diverse community needs, and maintain professionalism with funders, volunteers, clients, subscribers, and partners. Key responsibilities include leading design and scale-up, co-developing the funding strategy with QUEST’s Manager, Strategic Growth & Communications, and overseeing on-the-ground program delivery with a focus on respect, collaboration, and Indigenous ways of knowing.
Reporting to the Director, Operations, you will work cross-functionally to embed diverse community perspectives across QUEST Canada’s programs while creating new opportunities for engagement and equity in the energy transition. This leadership role is ideal for someone who combines big-picture vision with hands-on execution and relationship-building rooted in trust.
