Valleyfield farm is hiring a Farm Field Crew Team Lead.

This position requires experience in market gardening, livestock care, and general farm maintenance. The team lead will assist the farm manager in all aspects of farm production, focusing heavily on vegetable field production and greenhouse growing. The team lead will effectively follow planting and harvest schedules, direct field crew and volunteers through daily tasks, and ensure quality control while maintaining farm standards.

Position runs from May-October 2026, with option to expand the season.

Previous work experience on a market garden is required for this position.

Pay Rate is $20/hr with weekly vegetatble share and discounts on farm goods included.

Must be a Canadian citizen and ideally under 30 as this position may be included as part of the Canada Summer Job Funding.
