We're a dynamic startup on a mission to reduce the average Canadian's consumption of ultra-processed foods, and we're opening a new health-focused, quick-service restaurant concept in Toronto to do so.

We're currently looking to hire an Executive Corporate Chef to join our team and lead culinary operations initially at our first location, and later at a corporate level, as we expand into multiple locations.

Our goal is to help address the chronic disease epidemic by enabling people to embrace a diet and way of life that prioritizes home cooking, and whole foods. Our QSR won't serve typical, un-inspired 'healthy' salads and bowls, but will rather serve a holistic range of 100% non-ultra-processed proteins, sides, soups, teas, and coffees, at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all while emphasizing affordability. Our menu will also emphasize seasonality, and will have elements that change weekly, and thus our culinary team will have the responsibility and opportunity to be creative, and to develop and serve new whole-food, home-cooked dishes, in an ongoing manner.

The position of Executive Corporate Chef will be full-time, and located on-site at our restaurant in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities will include managing company-wide culinary operations, cooking, menu development, ordering, inventory, and other duties. Our ideal candidate has a knowledge and passion for wholesome cooking, as well as experience in the food industry.

Compensation is negotiable, and may include equity.
