You’ll be the primary point of contact for our ecommerce initiatives—managing new store builds, annual refreshes, inventory performance, and customer service, while supporting a small but mighty team to deliver exceptional B2B store experiences.

This role is a mix of strategic oversight and hands-on project management—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about sustainability, innovation, and client success.

Key Responsibilities

Webstore & Project Management

  • Lead the planning, build, and launch of Shopify-based B2B ecommerce stores, including annual upgrades and refreshes.
  • Lead functionality audits and implement continuous improvements to optimize the customer experience, internal workflows and technology integrations.
  • Lead Ecomm projects, ensuring deliverables across Account Managers, Sales Coordinators, warehouse teams, developers, and clients to ensure on-time, high-quality launches.

Strategy & Process Optimization

  • Ensure our E-commerce strategy and operations reflect best practices and emerging trends, delivering great customer experience.
  • Optimize our Shopify ecosystem and supporting tech stack, ensuring seamless integrations and efficient workflows.
  • Document and refine ecommerce processes, SOPs, and training to improve scalability and consistency.
  • Utilize tools like Zapier to automate processes, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

Inventory & Fulfillment

  • Work with our sales and warehouse team to ensure accurate forecasts, replenishment, and efficient inventory management.
  • Partner with internal and external fulfillment teams (including 3PLs) to ensure orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and inventory KPIs are met.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead the Ecomm team, ensuring clear accountabilities, effective workflows, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead regular E-commerce Team meetings, maintaining strong communication with cross-functional team members and external partners.

Client Support & Reporting

  • Serve as the lead contact for ecommerce store projects and builds, ensuring contract renewals, store performance goals, and client satisfaction targets are met.
  • Provide insights through sales and inventory reporting, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

About You

You are an organized, proactive leader who can balance big-picture thinking with detail-oriented execution. You thrive in a role that blends project management, team leadership, and client service—and you’re passionate about using technology and design to create exceptional online store experiences.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years’ experience in e-commerce management, preferably in B2B or promotional products.
  • Proven track record in project management, store operations, and cross-functional team coordination. PMP Certification is an asset.
  • Experience with Shopify, ecommerce integrations, and inventory/fulfillment systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted client and partner relationships.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Slack, and Asana; familiarity with Commonsku, Canva, Power BI, and Adobe Illustrator is an asset.
  • Commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and social impact.
  • Hybrid Office, looking for someone who can work from our office on in-office days.
  • Reports to: Director of Operations

Salary Range: 62-70K annually plus benefits.
