Hiring: Bicycle Sales Person
Bike Shop: Fairfield Bicycle Shop
Location: Victoria, BC

Fairfield Bicycle Shop, a community staple for bike enthusiasts, is currently seeking an energetic, passionate, and motivated individual for a Sales Associate and General Shop Helper position. If you love bicycles and are eager to share your enthusiasm with our customers, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect bike and accessories for their needs.
• Complete sales transactions and assist with merchandising and inventory management.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop.
• Maintain a regular presence on our social media platform.
• Contribute to a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications:

• Ideally, the candidate should have a strong interest in cycling and bicycles.
• Knowledge of different types of bikes and their components is a plus.
• Active presence on social media and with a good following is an asset.
• Must have long-term retail experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
