Position: Development and Communications Associate

Pollinator Partnership Canada (P2C) is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate associate to join our team and promote P2C’s programs to audiences across Canada.
In this role, the Development and Communications Associate will work with our team to enact marketing plans that increase our brand identity, support membership, and engage the public and donors. The successful candidate should be a detail-oriented professional with well-developed organization and time-management skills, be a creative thinker, have a talent for verbal and visual communication, and be committed to the mission and values of P2C. A stand-out candidate would have the ability to create engaging content and communicate with partners in French and English. This staff will report directly to the Executive Director.

Principal Responsibilities:
50% Development and Engagement
50% Communications and Marketing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Schedule, Compensation, and Benefits: Full-time, salaried, scheduled to work ~35 hours/week. Salary of $42,000 and benefits including health plan, retirement plan, employee wellness programming, and a flexible work environment with people that love pollinators.

Anticipated Start Date: Early 2026
