As an Enterprise Business Development Representative at veritree, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging enterprise-level prospects who can benefit from investing in verified restoration initiatives. You are the first point of contact for high-value accounts, responsible for running strategic outbound outreach, booking qualified discovery meetings, and building pipeline for our sales team. This role is directly responsible for building the partnerships that fund verified restoration projects around the world. This role sits within the Enterprise BDR pod and reports to the Manager, Business Development.

At veritree, we recognize that compensation and performance development are key to attracting and retaining top talent. Our approach is grounded in fairness, transparency, and creating opportunities for growth as both our people and business scale.
Some highlights you can expect include:
veritree ensures that compensation is reviewed fairly and consistently, with opportunities for salary progression tied to sustained performance. As such, the salary range for this role is $50,000 to $65,000 CAD. This role also includes a commission structure tied to meeting bookings, pipeline contribution, and deal outcomes, with typical On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to $100,000 CAD annually.
This range is positioned around the 50th–75th percentile of market data we’ve collected, reflecting our commitment to competitive pay. Final offer amounts are based on individual experience and skillset of the candidate demonstrated during the recruitment process.
We reserve the >75th percentile of our salary ranges for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at veritree.
