Events: The UNSMOKE Butt Blitz – Volunteer Litter Cleanup Opportunity

A Greener Future is seeking enthusiastic and environmentally conscious volunteers to support our Unsmoke Butt Blitz program this September. This is a great opportunity to make a tangible impact on your local environment, contribute to a data-driven environmental program, and gain volunteer experience alongside a passionate team!

On September 20th, A Greener Future is teaming up with UNSMOKE to host massive litter cleanup events in Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver as part of a national campaign to collect 1 million cigarette butts in just one month. We’re calling on you to help us make a visible, unforgettable impact on World Cleanup Day.

Opportunities to join us and further our impact will take place throughout the rest of the month in Montreal, Collingwood, Oshawa, and Toronto.

World Cleanup Day Butt Blitz (September 20th):

• Montreal – Place Émilie-Gamelin (10AM-2PM)
• Toronto – Harbourfront Centre (10AM-2PM)
• Vancouver – Vancouver Art Gallery (10AM-2PM)

Access the Event Page and fill out the short registration form. Join us for one event or multiple events according to your schedule (1-2 hours per event).
