Positions: Social Media Volunteers

BTD, an emerging nonprofit in Canada focusing on climate mental health, is seeking social media volunteers. This role involves an engagement of 4 to 6 hours per week, spanning from July to August 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting weekly posts and advertising events on various social media platforms.
  • Collaborating with the volunteer team for cohesive social media strategies.
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews with youth participants involved in BTD's climate emotions programming.
  • Working with BTD program participants to create information videos for our social media accounts


  • Engage with real people and participants in BTD's programs.
  • Work alongside the dynamic team of BTD, a leading nonprofit in the climate mental health arena.
  • Receive a certificate and a reference letter for your professional portfolio.
  • Opportunities for professional development, including potential conference participation and public speaking on behalf of BTD.
