Volunteers: Event Assistant / Hospitality Assistant
Event: SPF25 – Vancouver / Sustainable Entertainment Society
Venue: The Roundhouse Community & Arts Centre, Vancouver BC
Date: Tuesday, November 4th, 2025
We are currently seeking volunteers for The Sustainable Production Forum, a global hybrid conference advancing climate leadership across the creative industries.
Our Volunteer Program has proven critical for reaching youth and post-secondary learners in film, media arts, event management and environmental studies.
Our event is taking place at the Roundhouse Community and Arts Centre on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025.
We would appreciate you sharing the SPF25 Volunteer Application with your group of potential volunteers.
Volunteers will receive a volunteer t-shirt, a delicious meal for those who are scheduled for 5+ hours. There will also be time for volunteers to enjoy some of the sessions and we recommend staying for the day.
Join us at SPF25 in welcoming sustainability champions for these important and eye-opening discussions taking place at the Forum.
