Dogwood is an independent, non-partisan, non-profit organization. We currently have 16 staff members, sustaining a network of more than 100,000 supporters, with volunteer teams in the Lower Mainland and on Vancouver Island.
We currently have an opening for a Northern Coordinator, reporting to our Energy Campaigner (based near Hazelton) to support and expand our work along LNG project corridors.

Physical requirements
This position involves active participation in community events that may require several hours of standing or walking, driving long distances, and lifting and carrying supplies. Part of the job will also require time spent at a computer.
Work arrangements
Dogwood offers a flexible, rewarding and unionized work environment including four weeks paid vacation starting in your first year; health, dental and paramedical benefits; and a baseline 30-hour work week. This is a remote position with desk work happening in the employee’s home and outreach work happening at many locations across the region. Although work time is flexible, both daytime and evening/weekend work will be required.
