Wanted: Event Volunteers
Organization: Eagle Spirits of the Great Waters
Location: Mississauga, GTA, Ontario

Make a difference on National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Help Eagle Spirits of the Great Waters organize and present this exciting free community event: - Gathering for Truth and Reconciliation, Saturday, September 26.

The event will be held at the Small Arms Inspection Building located at 1352 Lakeshore Rd E, Mississauga, ON L5E 1E9.

Volunteer Opportunities

8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. | Event Set-Up

We need 8 volunteers

• Set up tables, tents, and chairs
• Assist vendors with unloading and setting up their booths

---

10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. | Welcome Table

We need 2 volunteers (18+ and older please)

• Greet attendees
• Provide event information and directions

---

1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. | Food Table 

We need 2 volunteers (18+ and older please)

 Assist with serving food and refreshments

• Help keep the area organized and stocked
• No handling of cash - food tickets sales are separate

---

4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. | Event Take-Down

We need 6 volunteers

• Take down tables, tents, and chairs
• Assist vendors with packing up
• Help clean and restore the event site
