The Amma Canada Farms vegetable garden team grows a wide array of vegetables with a particular focus on culturally relevant crops of the South Indian and West Indian diaspora (Malabar spinach/poi, bottle gourd/lauki, bitter gourd/karela, etc). The proceeds from Amma Canada's vegetable crop sales support the organization's charitable activities. A portion of the harvest is donated to local food banks.
