We believe the rich diversity among our students and the communities we serve should be reflected within our workforce. As educators, we believe it is important to act and show leadership in advancing the principles of reconciliation, equity, diversity, and inclusion in our community.

The Bay Area Climate Change Council (BACCC) is a collective impact initiative of 14 community leaders working to accelerate climate action in the Burlington-Hamilton, “Bay Area” region.
To reach net zero by 2050, BACCC is working with partners to advocate and support smart policies and projects that will cut carbon emissions and support the transition to thriving and resilient net-zero carbon communities by 2050.To achieve this, BACCC convenes working groups called implementation teams (BACCITs) that work to identify and remove barriers to decarbonization. In 2026-2028, the focus will be primarily on addressing barriers and accelerating action on low-carbon, high-performance buildings, and exploring opportunities to support the growth of abundant, clean energy resources to support decarbonization of industry, buildings, and transportation in the Bay Area.
The Manager will support BACCC by overseeing the coordination, evaluation and promotion of BACCC’s work and that of its Implementation Teams (BACCITs). The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker and problem solver who has extensive experience in successfully leading multi-sector projects and collective impact initiatives.
