Hiring: 1 Team Lead - Horticulturalist / Landscaper / Gardener
and
2 Regular Gardeners / Horticultural Apprentice

We are a small sustainable garden design company, located in Victoria BC.

We are looking for three new team members for our 2026 garden team.

We are looking to hire 1 team lead to run a maintenance truck and 2 gardeners or apprentices. Both positions could be part-time (3-4 days) or full time.

What we do?

We offer garden maintenance rooted in horticulture principles and sustainable land management. We seek to connect people to their outdoor space, care for landscapes and encourage healthy happy beautiful gardens. What we are looking for?

• horticulture diploma or equivalent experience in the industry (must for team lead position, open to less / little experience for the apprentice position)
• interest in sustainability and a passion for plants
• good communication
• responsible
• hardworking
• detail oriented
• friendly
• team player
• Drivers license (must for team lead position)
• physically able to lift heavy materials and complete physical tasks all day long
• happy to work in all weather conditions

We work Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm. We don't work weekends or holidays. We offer benefits for full-time employees (4-5 days a week).
