The Technical Work

You'll lead and execute:

• Complex technical removals either climbing, assisted by cranes or using our aerial lifts
• Precision structural pruning on a variety of trees– including large, mature specimens
• Advanced tree preservation system installations
• Risk assessments and consultation work
• Mentorship of junior team members

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• 3+ years of professional climbing experience
• Proficiency in advanced rigging techniques
• Bucket truck operation experience
• Strong tree biology and health assessment knowledge
• Natural leadership qualities and communication skills

Preferred:

• ISA Certified Arborist (we'll pay for the certification if you don't have it)
• Experience with crane-assisted removals
• Pesticide applicator license
• Business development or client relations experience

Compensation:

• $30-40/hour based on experience and certifications
• Performance bonuses and profit-sharing for leadership roles
