We are seeking an entrepreneurial partner to take a leadership role in growing and operating several established areas of our business, including:

The exact structure of the opportunity can be developed around the right person. We are open to exploring a partnership arrangement that provides independence and entrepreneurial opportunity while allowing you to benefit from the resources, knowledge and support already available at the farm.

Our operations include diverse field crops, horticulture, livestock integration, forestry and biomass recovery, composting and soil improvement initiatives. Through our Cavan Fresh division, we produce locally grown vegetables, plants, seedlings and certified organic maple syrup.
