Job Title: Waterfowl Management Technician
Organization: Ontario Federation of Anglers & Hunters Membership
Location: Port Rowan, Ontario (Long Point Provincial Park)
Job Length: August 17, 2026 – January 9, 2027
Job Term: 1 full-time seasonal contract (irregular hours including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Salary: $19.50-$23.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay

About the Opportunity:
The Ontario Federation of Anglers & Hunters Membership (OFAH Membership), in partnership with Long Point Provincial Park and the Long Point Waterfowlers' Association, is seeking a Waterfowl Management Technician to support the operation and maintenance of the Long Point Waterfowl Management Unit (LPWMU).
Reporting to the Long Point Assistant Park Superintendent, this position plays a key role in delivering a safe, efficient, and high-quality hunting experience for waterfowl hunters using the Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for hunter registration, permit administration, equipment and facility maintenance, data collection, and providing exceptional service to Unit users.
