  • Bring customer insights from the sales and marketing processes to inform the product roadmap and ensure we are building valuable features that help unlock growth
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Growth, Customer Success and Product to ensure a consistent customer experience that creates positive customer outcomes
  • Build on the proven Carbonhound sales playbook to win new lighthouse logos in the region (i.e. workshopping personae messaging, multi-threading etc) and improve our sales process

Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in climate reporting, sustainability, or energy management in an in-house Sustainability role or Consulting organization
  • Practical knowledge of leading GHG standards (CDP, TCFD, B Corp, Ecovadis, Science Based Targets, etc.) and climate reporting regulations (California’s SB-253, EU’s CBAM, Canada Net-Zero Challenge, etc.)
  • An appetite to learn & master the SaaS sales tool kit
  • Proven ability to connect sustainability initiatives to business value
  • Experience working with decision-makers in the North American market, especially with mid-market companies (100-5000 employees)
  • Clear communicator and consultative seller with the ability to listen and ask probing questions to uncover customer needs
  • Experience building partnerships and sourcing new relationships in our target markets
  • Love to deep-dive into new domains to become a subject matter expert
  • Passion to empower businesses to grow sustainably and take climate action
