Position: Senior Program Manager, ENBIX

Senior Program Manager, ENBIX
Working within a small, friendly and flexible team-based environment, the Senior Program Manager - ENBIX will lead the programming, identification, development, and revision of product/service offerings, and lead the tactical operations of the Emissions-Neutral Buildings Information Exchange (ENBIX).
ENBIX is an industry Centre of Excellence that strengthens the public, private, and civic capacities for zero-emissions buildings in Calgary, Edmonton and throughout Alberta. ENBIX is a catalytic, amplifying member of the Alberta based community of practice that exchanges knowledge of how to decarbonize the building sector. As a hub for this community of practice, ENBIX interconnects a variety of professionals in the building industry and grows capacity through events, resource development, skills training and communications.
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible, in collaboration with the Alberta Ecotrust Leadership Team, for business planning, ongoing budget management, resource allocation/human resources and the establishment of organizational processes as required to create a leading cross-functional, inter-disciplinary hub that is focused on the advancement of policy innovation, research, capacity-building, collaboration, projects and market investments that accelerate emissions neutral buildings innovation and practices in the context of current and emerging regulation. Contributing to fundraising and the management of various contribution agreements from initiation to reporting will be required.
This position may entail some evening and weekend work. Frequent travel between Calgary and Edmonton will be required.

You will report directly to the Director of Emissions Neutral Buildings and you will frequently collaborate with the rest of the Alberta Ecotrust team.

Workplace Culture & Position Location
Alberta Ecotrust provides a flexible schedule and an inclusive, positive, and collaborative team culture. A hybrid model is employed at Alberta Ecotrust with flexible office hours combined with remote working. Frequent travel between Calgary and Edmonton will be required as part of this position. The position can be located in either Calgary or Edmonton.
In Calgary, we have a casual workplace in a heritage building with lots of meeting space, a full kitchen, great access to transit, local restaurants and the downtown core. In Edmonton, we have a co-working space at Work Nicer for individual workspaces, meetings, and collaborative spaces when needed. Our staff are extremely motivated to make a difference, and you’ll be part of an innovative team that gets to do interesting, meaningful work aligned with their shared values and desire to improve the world.
Remuneration
This is a full time position with a 37.5-hour work week with every third Friday as a earned day off, with a competitive salary range $90,000 - $115,000, plus paid health benefits, three weeks vacation, Christmas break, and day off for your birthday.
