This means engaging residents in accessible and creative ways in their communities, with a focus on connecting environmental issues with local priorities. This work aims to build meaningful and long-term relationships with equity-owed communities that have not been historically included by the mainstream environmental movement, including people living in suburban and dense urban neighbourhoods. The Manager will work closely with our Campaigns team to build strong, grassroots foundations for future policy change, and to bring community voices into democratic processes at City Hall.
