Position: Workshop facilitator
Organization: Sustainable Community Aid Network (SCAN)
Location: Remote (anywhere in Canada)

About SCAN

Sustainable Community Aid Network (SCAN) is a Canadian non-profit assisting in the sustainable development of communities, using an intersectional framework that integrates the environmental, social-cultural, and economic issues affecting under-served demographics, with a focus on visible minority groups.

We work with stakeholder organizations with shared interests to develop and implement collaborative initiatives that are win-wins for all concerned.

Do you want to be part of SCAN? We are looking for a volunteer to help us with facilitating workshops that focus solely on climate change.

  • You get to learn and identify climate related challenges that are found to impact communities within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
  • You get to organize and plan virtual webinars attended by a diverse audience.
  • You get to create, monitor, and manage event timelines.
  • You want volunteer hours to count towards your high school, THEN please apply!


Previous experience with workshop facilitation and event organization and planning.
