Learn field methods for reptiles in central Ontario this spring!
The most intensive and thorough reptile focused field training available in Ontario. Topics include:
Participants should be physically fit, able to swim in cold water, and ready for a challenge! Time will be split between field sites and classroom learning. Optional extension field trip adds more species (especially snakes and amphibians) and skills in southwestern Ontario.
Cost: $2000+HST or free with a 1 month volunteer commitment (2 weeks of volunteering for 1 week of training)

Scales Nature Park is a 21 hectare conservation area located just south of Orillia, Ontario. The focus of this facility is the conservation of reptiles, amphibians, and fish, and the habitats that these animals require.
