Looking to ramp up your involvement in HUB Cycling? Consider applying to join HUB's Board of Directors. An election for new Board members will be taking place at HUB Cycling's Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 23rd in Coquitlam. Here are the skills and interests HUB Cycling is seeking in new Board members:

  • Great fundraising connections and an interest in fundraising
  • A passion for and knowledge about cycling infrastructure, planning and engineering
  • Strategic thinking and change management skills
  • Sufficient time available to be an excellent ambassador for HUB Cycling (at least 10-12 hours per month)

Orientation sessions will be held in early July to provide further information to applicants. If you have questions, please contact the current Board Secretary, Meredith Seeton at elections mask*, to find out more.

Candidates are also encouraged to attend Local Committee meetings in their area of Metro Vancouver in advance of the AGM to get a sense of the work of HUB Cycling. Thank you for your interest in advancing cycling in our region!
