The Programs Review Committee is a standing committee of the Toronto Vegetarian Association with the role of examining and evaluating new and existing Toronto Vegetarian Association programs through data collection, qualitative research, and collaborative discussions. They provide the Board of Directors recommendations to modify, enhance or validate programs, including both program structure and leadership.
Qualifications and Expectations: We are looking for candidates who have diverse backgrounds and skillsets. Candidates with experience in the following areas would be an asset to the committee: program evaluation and design, volunteer management, outreach/activism, program monitoring organizational development and non-profit management. The committee meets once a month for 2 hours and committee members take on projects to complete in between meetings for approximately 4 hours of work per month.
