Positions: Sea Turtle Conservation Project Coordinators
Location: Southern Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica, Central America
Type: volunteer — receive free board and lodging plus a US$225 per month stipend.
This project protects sea turtle nests from poaching and depredation by conducting night patrols and relocating nests to the project hatcheries.
It is looking for Project Coordinators to manage the day-to-day running of the project, including training new volunteers, managing volunteers, and general activities such as maintaining equipment and imputing data from beach patrols.
Project Coordinators are required from early June 2020 to mid-December 2020 or January 2021. The closing date for applications is the 15 April, 2020.
Project Coordinators receive free board and lodging plus a US$225 per month stipend.
