Interns each have their own camper to stay in. We have a hot outdoor shower, outhouse and wood fired hot-tub. Meals are family style in our outdoor kitchen cabin with cob & gas oven. Breakfast is self-serve, while lunch/dinner are shared. Betty is a professional chef specializing in healthy farm raised meals. Cooking/cleaning are shared. We eat farm raised meats but also have lots of experience catering to Vegetarians, Vegans & Gluten Free. We have a HUGE loving farm dog, cat, 45 laying hens (more to hatch in spring!), a handful of ducks and will have 20 pigs joining us in the spring.
