Position: Maple Syrup Event volunteer

Location: North York/Toronto, Ontario
Our Maple Syrup Day (March 24th, 2018) is just a couple weeks away, and we are already busy collecting the sap and planning all the details!
But we can’t do it all by ourselves! We need your help to make this event an amazing and delicious opportunity for community to learn and taste the maple syrup making process!
We will have a few volunteer opportunities for the day, that include (but may not be limited to):
Greeter/farm info/newsletter sign-up
Educational table (Tree ID/Tapping info) - (some knowledge desired)
Fire keeper and syrup boiling demo (some experience desired)
Pancake batter maker
Pancake making and serving
Floater (Should be fairly comfortable in any of the above positions)
Date: March 24th, 2018
Volunteer hours: 9am-2pm
Volunteers will have an half hour break. A combo ticket (2 pancakes + hot drink) will be provided for each volunteer.
