Position: Volunteer Graphic Designer

Do you want to advance sustainability to an ever-growing audience and increase the impact of our important, groundbreaking work?
We are looking for someone who excels in graphic design. The Volunteer designer will support our communication objectives through high-quality execution of graphic design, typographical treatments, compositing, and document production.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will be engaged in communicating our work through the creation and execution of a variety of communication materials including digital, web, and print.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
Produce and layout communication materials including documents, pitch decks, newsletters, websites, etc...
Develop original graphics to be featured in social media channels and our communication materials
Possessing or pursuing a degree or diploma in graphic design.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
Experience preparing graphics and documents for web and print.
Knowledge of environmental and sustainability issues.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Work in close collaboration with members of the Communications and Marketing Team.
Gain experience providing content to fulfill a communications strategy in one or more of our cutting-edge programs.

Help us execute our digital media and storytelling strategy through graphic design! This position will be remote, with a flexible time commitment of approximately 6-8 hours a week.
