Position: Sea Turtle Sanctuary Coordinator
Location: Southern Pacific coast, Mexico

This sea turtle sanctuary is seeking a coordinator to help manage its conservation and community engagement activities. The role is multifaceted including environmental education, ecotourism and turtle camp coordination. The latter involves overseeing conservation work, managing volunteers, organizing hatchling releases and night patrols.

This is a great opportunity for a budding young professional to gain experience on the ground in community-based conservation.

The ideal start date is 1 July, 2019 for a minimum period of 9 months.

The coordinator receives free accommodation, two meals per day, and a small monthly stipend of US$200, depending on experience.
