JOB POSTING

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist, Great Lakes Guide
Organization: Swim Drink Fish
Location: Toronto, Ontario

Type: Full-time contract

About the Project

Launched in 2018, Great Lakes Guide is a web platform that connects people to the Great Lakes (greatlakes.guide). The Guide helps more people go to the water more often by making it easier for people to find parks, beaches, trails, and other public spaces. The Guide teaches people where their water comes from and what birds and fish live near them. It promotes Indigenous languages, history, and perspectives. It shows how the north and south, urban and rural, coastal and river communities are connected (by water). Ultimately, Great Lakes Guide helps people take action to protect the places they love.

Our tight-knit team of environmental and communication specialists is looking for a passionate digital marketing specialist to execute our search engine optimization, email marketing, and social media marketing strategies.

If you care about nature and you believe you can leverage the power of the web to improve health and well-being for youth and young adults, then this is the perfect project for you.
