We are looking for a full-time: Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator


  • Execute social media strategies that align with marketing goals and specific brand style guidelines

  • Create and execute innovative and meaningful ways to connect with consumers online

  • Communicate the brand pillars and capture the essence of the brand voices

  • Plan, shoot, edit, and design engaging photo and video content for social media accounts: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest

  • Write and edit on-brand copy to optimize performance and drive fan engagement

  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Coordinate all social activity with Marketing and PR initiatives to ensure consistency and timely amplification of messaging

  • Develop and manage the content / social media calendar

  • Work to improve the visibility and reach of posts through insights analysis

  • Develop and execute innovative ideas for new product launches on social media

  • Source “like” brands and online influencers to collaborate with on social media campaigns and giveaways that extend reach and brand awareness

  • Proactively monitor and report regularly on reviews and social analytics

  • Build authentic relationships with customers, influencers, industry professionals and journalists in online platforms

  • Work with Marketing to plan, write, and design weekly email newsletters

  • Support Marketing with design and updates for ecommerce site

  • Design assets for retailer websites and online campaigns

  • Work with PR to track and report on digital media hits

  • Organize and participate in local events to build community and boost brand awareness

  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology and social media trends


  • Knowledge and experience of social media best practices for business

  • Proven ability to engage fans and grow an online presence

  • Strong photography and video editing skills

  • In depth understanding and experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro)

  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. writing a blog, building digital campaigns, or working with influencers)

  • Ability to identify, interpret and track relevant community metrics

  • Experience with web tools and social monitoring platforms such as Shopify, Hubspot, Hootsuite, Adobe Social, or other

  • Knowledge of online marketing tactics and marketing channels

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • 20% researching opportunities and planning content strategy

  • 25% listening and communicating – engaging to build visibility and credibility

  • 35% shooting, writing designing assets for social feeds and websites

  • 10% planning and publishing emails, social ads and sponsored posts

  • 10% analyzing past social performance and reporting
