In this role, you will join Park People’s senior management team and lead Park People’s programs through the next exciting phase of growth, working with partners to deliver new and expanded programs. You will play an important leadership role as Park People emerges as a key agent for city building and positive change in cities across Canada. As a senior member of the team, you will supervise and coach a growing team of 6-8 staff delivering programs on the ground in Toronto and across Canada. Behind the scenes you will be responsible, with the Director of Operations, for broadening the programming funding base to ensure that our core work as well as new projects are sustainable over time. Salary Range: $65,000 - $72,000
