We are actively seeking talented, motivated and eager leaders to help us continue to bring Home Solar and exceptional customer service to residents in the National Capital and Eastern Ontario.


This position involves selling solar systems to homeowners who will take advantage of the Ontario MicroFIT incentive program. The agent will learn sales techniques and about regulations and incentives for renewable energy for homes in Ontario and Canada under the supervision of our Sales Manager. Sales staff will be trained in sales etiquette to improve their ability to answer questions and interact with potential customers in a positive way.


  • Use door-to-door sales techniques to develop solar sales campaign
  • Working closely with homeowners and company solar industry personnel

  • A valid driver’s license
  • Access to a vehicle
  • Previous sales experience is considered an asset
