In store, you will find a large collection of stylish eco-fashion for both women and men and a wide selection of gifts, personal care items and household essentials.

This is a role perfect for someone who is a practical, hardworking, self-starter who loves learning new things, figuring things out and being flexible & someone who is positive & believes helping people is a meaningful and rewarding way to spend their day. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running since this is a fast paced environment and who would thrive working collaboratively with an entrepreneur with 25+ years of brand building experience to achieve the sales, service and operational objectives of the current business and can grow with role as the business grows. This position is currently 1/3 Customer Service, 1/3 Operations and 1/3 Sales, Marketing & Community Building and time will be split equally between working in the store and working in the office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering in-coming email/phone calls and greeting people in person while providing the highest level of customer service, a helpful and personalized shopping experience and following up as necessary
  • Making sales while being attentive to customers’ needs and preferences, and by using extensive knowledge of our products
  • Introducing customers to a wide range of quality sustainable products to suit their needs
  • Weekly ordering, tracking of orders and receipt and preparation of goods for the store
  • Organizing product pictures and brand information for digital communication
  • Loading styles and maintaining inventory on the website & receiving and merchandising product in the store
  • Assisting with daily operations of the store, including sales, organization, and other daily tasks
  • Being flexible, adaptable and ready to take on a wide variety of tasks

  • experience with social media, photography, photo editing & graphic design an asset

This is designed as full-time position, with opportunity to grow and learn, but applications from qualified candidates available part-time will also be considered. Compensation includes a staff discount and clothing allowance and will be commensurate with experience.
