We have a great foundation of repeat and referral clients mainly in the west end but also all over the GTA and we service both commercial and residential clients.

HTC inc has immense potential for solid growth in the coming years and we are looking for top-quality people to join us for the journey.

Safety is our first and foremost concern and we employ robust internal systems and protocols to ensure optimal safety on our job sites at all times.

We also have strong management systems in place utilizing the in-field software program Jobber to organize work orders, articulate job specs, delegate crew members and line up jobs weeks in advance. Also for employee timesheets and payment for optimum efficiency and minimal fuss. All of our trucks have dedicated tablets to direct each crew on their daily activities and safety protocols to ensure nothing is missed such as;

  • Pre-departure equipment checklist & maintenance schedule
  • Truck and machine safety checklist
  • Onsite risk assessment and Tailgate meeting
  • End of day check-in

All staff members must be willing to embrace this technology and help move the company forward!
