Position: Organic Vegetable Farm Worker
Farm: Mulberry Moon Farm
Location: Strathroy, near London, Ontario

We are looking for a full-time Farm Worker to join our team for the 2021 season!

About Mulberry Moon Farm

We operate a 1 acre market garden on our 50-acre farm in southwestern Ontario — 10 minutes north of Strathroy on Hwy 81, and 25 km west of London. We specialize in growing high-quality vegetables, which we sell through our Farm Share subscription program, as well as at local farmers' markets and our own small farm store.

We are passionate about sustainable and regenerative agriculture and rebuilding the connection between farms and communities. We are focused on building healthy soils, reducing our carbon footprint and promoting biodiversity within our farm environment. Although we are not yet certified we follow the organic standard. We grow a wide variety of vegetables intensively on a small acreage. Other than a small walk-behind BCS tractor, we do most of our labour by hand and with small tools. We grow on raised beds and also have three hoophouses where we grow early spring greens and summer tomatoes.

We're also a family farm raising two young children who are outside with us much of the time. Life is busy on our farm!
